Abby Tomczik
COMPETITIVE INSTRUCTOR
Abby Tomczik is a dance instructor with more than 20 years of dance experience. She started her teaching career during her senior year of high school at the same local studio she grew up dancing at. She has trained in a variety of styles, including jazz, contemporary, lyrical, modern, hip hop, tap, and ballet.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Minnesota where she worked with and performed choreography by Herb Johnson III, Andrea Miller (restaged by Dan Walczak and Haley Sung), Chris Schlichting, and Luciana Achugar.
Abby focuses on creating a fun and safe learning environment for students to develop their artistic identity while challenging both the mind and body.
